From a review online "My husband and I absolutely love this Eastman Outdoors 90414 BBQ ZaGrill's Pizza Pan. We used it to cook pizza and sweet potato fries on a charcoal grill and in a gas oven. The results have been consistently good. Evenly cooked food without the any uncooked or "soggy" pieces. And if you like a crisp pizza crust or crispy fries then this pan gives it to you. The item is well made and has two separate pieces. The bottom piece serves as a base and is flat and has 3 "arms" or supports on top that hold the top piece. The top piece is a pizza pan with a number of small holes on the bottom that allow air and heat to reach the bottom of the pan and food while the pizza or fries cook. The effect is heated airflow all around the food for even cooking. The two metal handles on the top piece help with removal from the grill or oven, and with serving. I plan to use it to cook roasted vegetables like a zuchinni, yellow squash, red potato and peppers mix, for corn on the cob, and other foods.
