So I find that I can skim over the initial exercises; more advanced artists would probably start even later, but I'm sure all will gain valuable insight into technique from Barrington Barber's lovely work. I've bought some excellent pocket books here on Amazon to tuck in with my pencils and water-colours for field trips.
