When a bid is submitted within the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auctions extends its closing time by an additional 2 minutes in order to prevent auction sniping - the practice of placing a bid just as an auction is about to close. The auction will be extended as many times as necessary until there are no bids placed in the last 2 minutes. The automatic auction extension benefits buyers because it gives you more time to respond with a new bid, rather than losing the merchandise to a sniper.

Auctions get posted online for viewing and bidding Thursdays and Fridays.

When Auctions end you will get an email notifying you of your total with HST. Please wait for that email and follow through with the email for payment. In the detailed email you can select any form of payment; Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Cash upon curbside pickup or Etransfer. Please follow instructions with the email as it creates your order properly on our end so we can get your items ready for pick up.

Your item(s) need to be paid for the same week they are won. You will receive an email for your winning bid(s), you can go through the check out process through your email or go to your account on our website to check out your winning bids. Checking out secures your items from others buying it and sends us the order to get it ready for pickup. You can pay online when you check out or select cash at pick up or E-transfer. If selecting E-transfer you still send it manually through your online banking

Items must be picked up from The Warehouse within 7 days of your auction ending. Items not picked up will count as a strike. Two strikes is instant removal from the site. If your item is paid for and you are unable to pick up within 7 days, message us at info@thewarehouseliquidation.com to make arrangements. All items Paid for must be picked up maximum 30 days from date of payment, no exceptions! Items not picked up within 30 days and paid for will NOT be refunded & will NOT be available for pick up.

Your payment could not go through for a few reasons. Please make sure you have entered a default address for billing. Without a valid email and address, your payment will not go through.

As required by law in the province of Ontario, HST of 13% must be applied on all purchases. We don't however, charge a buyers premium. Which, in some cases, on some comparable sites is up to 10% on top of the item cost + tax.
