This pillow is a neck support pillow and some people might feel uncomfortable for the first two weeks of use, please allow some time for your body and the pillow to adjust to each other.
It can only be helpful for improving sleeping quality, can’t be used for diagnosis or treatment of any disease (e.g. cervical spondylosis.)

- Please do not wash the memory foam core. The Pillowcase is hand and machine washable. (Max. water temperature 104°F/ 40°C)
- Due to the foaming manufacture process, the pillow might show small sized bubble like on the outside. This is a normal phenomenon.
- This pillow arrives rolled up inside of a plastic bag. There may be a natural foam odor upon unpacking.
- If the smell bothers you, wash the pillowcase before use and let the pillow core air off outdoors or near an open window within 3~5 days.
