A: Plug and play, No app or software needed. Just open your office softwares such as word, excel, novell, quickbooks and so on, and then upload the barcodes you scanned

2. Q: How to set this barcode scanner?

A: All the settings of this bluetooth scanner are setting by scanning the barcode on the manual, and the quick card has the most frequently used barcodes

3. Q: Can this barcode scanner be set to tab and line feed?

A: Yes,it defaults. You can also scan the barcodes on the manual to change the default settings

4. Q: How to use it with ipad keyboard?

A: A quick double-pull of the scanner trigger will open or close the iOS virtual keyboard, let's you easily switch between scanning barcodes and entering data on it

5. Q: What is the maximum distance of the bluetooth connection?

A: It supports the maximum distance from 23ft to 33ft (7-10 meter). When the barcode scanner flashs red light with a long ticking, it means the bluetooth connection is out of range

6. Q: Why it miss some barcodes when i connect it with my phone?

A: The reason of missing barcodes is that the speed of barcode transmission is too fast and the speed of your phone can not keep up, so just slow down the transfer speed.

Bluetooth Connection: Connect the scanner to your device via Bluetooth technology.

The transmission distance in the obstacles environment is about 10m / 33ft.

The tansmission in the environment without any obstacles can reach up to 50m / 164ft.

Connected via 2.4GHz Wireless dongle :

connect the scanner to your computer via the USB dongle.

The transmission distance in obstacles environment is about 30m / 99ft. The tansmission in barrier free environment can reach up to 100m / 330ft.

Wired Connection: Connect the scanner to your device via the USB cable. In wired mode, user can scan barcode while charging.
