How To Use

Step 1: Put your HappyLight light therapy lamp in a convenient location like on a desk or tabletop and turn it on. |
Step 2: Find a distance that is comfortable for you. We recommend that you position the lamp at an angle from the eyes. It is not necessary to look directly at the light. |
Step 3: We recommend an initial session of 10 minutes and to gradually increase from 20 minutes to 1 hour daily until the desired outcome is achieved. Everyone has a unique response to light. |
